MATURATION
The wine, after fermentation in steel with maceration of 18 days at a controlled temperature, ages for 18 months in 30hl Slavonian oak barrels and in concrete tanks.
ORGANOLEPTIC NOTES
Shining ruby dress. Explosive nose of aromas: ripe cherry, violet, mentholated tobacco, rhubarb. Warm and silky mouth, full of gustatory tension and savory minerality, with an elegant engaging tannin.
