SEASONAL PERFORMANCE Autumn and winter were mild; in spring the temperatures were normal. The summer was hot and dry. A few rainy events at the end of July and mid-August gave breath to the plants, helping them in the veraison phase. The harvest period was characterized by medium-high temperatures for the period during the day and with temperature drops of 10 ° C-15 ° C during the night, favoring the accumulation of phenolic compounds.
