The Brunello di Montalcino Terre Nere DOCG represents the full expression of Sangiovese, the typical ruby red color tending to garnet reflects the tradition of this vine. "
In Castelnuovo dell’Abate, on soils rich in marl, the Sangiovese Grosso vines grow, giving life to this Brunello di Montalcino. Following the manual harvest, the grapes undergo maceration at a controlled temperature for 20-25 days, with subsequent aging for 3 years in large Slavonian oak barrels. After at least 6 months in the bottle, the wine is ready to be marketed. With its ruby red color and silky and delicate tannic texture, it is ideal to sip with tasty first courses, game, red meats and aged cheeses.
