Articulated and rightly complex, but at the same time extremely pleasant to drink: it is the Chianti Classico “Primocolle” produced by the Cecchi family on the Villa Cerna estate. After fermentation it is left to age for six months in barrique and refined for three months in the bottle. It is a Chianti Classico that perfectly reflects the best winemaking traditions of the lands of Tuscany. With the cut of veal with rosemary there is a beauty.
TASTING NOTES
It dresses the glass in a beautiful intense ruby red. On the nose, notes of violet, plum and morello cherry are followed by hints of rosemary, juniper and wet stone. The taste is pleasantly astringent, in line with the nose and with a long persistence.
