It comes from a careful selection of the best Sangiovese grapes, then complemented by a minimum balance of bunches of Colorino. The Chianti Classico Riserva di Cecchi, produced on the Villa Cerna estate, is left to mature for about 14 months in oak barrels and tonneau. It is completed with a further nine months of aging before being put on the market. Excellent with red meats, you will find it simply perfect with a good Florentine steak.
It presents itself to the sight of a beautiful ruby red. The nose is characterized by floral notes and fruity memories of plum, morello cherry and cherry, complemented by tertiary and spicy hints. On the sip, a beautiful balance is created between body, freshness, alcohol content and tannins. Excellent length.
