A wine with a sweetly fruity aromatic texture and light salty and spicy touches. It develops in the mouth, full and articulated, crisp and ample, fresh and rich in chiaroscuro. A complete and complex wine with a radiant finish.

AGING: In tonneaux and large barrels of 20 Hl for about 15 months, followed by at least 9 months of permanence in the bottle
