The spicy notes that refer to pepper are evident, while the raspberry note is even more evident. A well-structured wine with persistent tones. PAIRING: A very versatile wine that prefers typical of the great Tuscan cuisine. Grilled red meats, steak, fresh or aged cheeses such as pecorino.
