Tasting: A white made mainly of Carricante other unknown whiten varieties from a mixed vineyard on Etna’s north side. aged in Clayver ceramic vessel for nine months. Bottled in May 2019.
Straw yellow. Pretty nose of lemon fruit, stones and with a hint of walnut skin. Viscous lemony fruit palate but without enormous depth or length, perhaps just a little neutral? Subtle lemony fruit finish with a fine texture.
