Produced exclusively with Sangiovese grapes from Prenzano and other farms adjacent to the Renaissance villa, this vintage Chianti Classico releases all the typical characteristics of the grape thanks to a short aging (12 months) in large oak barrels. Pairings Grilled vegetables or meats, accompanied by crispy bread and extra virgin olive oil, pecorino or parmesan cream. Color Intense ruby red with cherry-colored reflections. Aroma Blueberry and red currant predominate, concluding with a slight hint of vanilla. Taste The red currant flavor releases the typical freshness of Sangiovese, softened by hints of plum and accompanied by a full finish. Alcohol 13.5% vol.
