“Villa Antinori” is one of the most historic wines made by the Antinori family: it was in fact made for the first time by Niccolò, in 1931, and since then, its production has remained substantially unchanged. It is a Toscana Bianco IGT that comes from a cut of white grapes, with delicate aromas and a balanced sip. The Trebbiano, Malvasia, Pinot Bianco, Pinot Grigio and Rhine Riesling grapes are harvested in the third decade of August. The must, after pressing the grapes, ferments in steel, at a temperature that does not exceed 18 degrees. Still in steel, the wine then remains to stabilize for a few months, until it is ready to be bottled. A label that has made the history of this great Italian winery, and therefore deserves space among the bottles of true enthusiasts.
TASTING NOTES
At sight it is announced with a straw yellow color, crossed by some reflections tending to greenish. On the nose there are notes of banana and pineapple, embellished with touches of white flowers. In the mouth it is light-bodied, savory, with good persistence.
