Warranties

OperaVino guarantees that the delivered products are equal to those shown and described on the site. For all products sold that is the responsibility of the manufacturer. The manufacturer is also responsible for the truthfulness and completeness of the information on the packaging.

Protection of minors

OperaVino does not sell wine or other alcoholic products to persons under 18 years. By completing the purchase the Client declares being adult. The courier will not deliver the wine or other alcoholic products to persons under 18 years, and will require a photo ID to verify the age.

Claims

Any complaint must be addressed in writing to Belvedere di San Leonino S.r.l. - Località San Leonino, 23 – 53011 Castellina in Chianti (Siena) or by email at info@operavino.com.

Applicable jurisdiction

The sales contract between the Customer and OperaVino is concluded in Italy and governed by Italian law. For the solution of civil and criminal litigation arising from the conclusion of this contract of distance selling, if the Customer is an italian consumer, the court having jurisdiction is the one of the town of residence; in all other cases, the court of Siena (Italy) have jurisdiction.
