Shipping policy
Shippings
Certain Regions/Countries of destination may be subject to limitations, supplements and other conditions (other than those provided for by the Standard shipment by the carrier). OperaVino reserves the right to communicate the changes before proceeding with the payment and order fulfillment. These conditions will be communicated to the customer when ordering.
OperaVino delivers its products via professional couriers (MBE) specialized in shipping wine and applies the best existing strategies to protect wine from deterioration due to external environmental conditions (such as high or extremely rigid temperatures). After collecting our wines, the courier takes care of packing the orders with ad-hoc materials that protect the products from shocks, vibrations, pressures, humidity and temperature changes. MBE uses only resistant cellars for shipping by express courier. The bottles are packed in the cellars further protected by an external cardboard.
The shipping costs, in general, are charged to the Customer and are shown explicitly at the time of order. Depending on the area of destination of goods, deliveries may take place over a period of time ranging from 24 hours to seven days, excluding circumstances (however, no later than thirty days from the date of order). The Customer on receipt of goods is required to verify its integrity, if the Customer has doubts about the integrity of the same, must indicate this on the delivery receipt. The Customer will have time 14 working days to verify the integrity of the goods and to communicate any damage by writing an email to customer@operavino.com. Within 14 working days OperaVino will refund the Customer.
