It has an intriguingly ruby color, with a sensory profile with notes of ripe dark fruit, cocoa, refreshing balsamic puffs and notes
earthy, while the sip reveals territorial identity through lashing freshness, minerality and tannins.

Vinification: harvested around mid-September, it ferments spontaneously with indigenous yeasts in concrete vats where it remains in maceration for at least 20 days in which pumping over and punching down alternate.
Maturation: for a year it matures in French oak tonneaux where the malolactic fermentation also takes place. Stopping a few months in the bottle before being put on the market is a Tuscan red wine from the famous Chianti Classico area, aged for 12 months in large oak barrels.
